The Round Hill Estate’s rich history extends back 300 years. It’s most colorful epoch occurred during the life of the late Colonel Edward Howland Robinson Green. In the early 1920’s Colonel Green built the grand mansion on his ancestral land of 231 acres overlooking Buzzard’s Bay. Within the gated community there are two beautiful sandy beach. A club house for functions which includes a large heated pool with life guard coverage, as well as a snack bar during the summer season . There is also a Children playground area, four Hard-Tru tennis courts, Nine-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. The course is for the exclusive use of the Round HIll residents and their guests at no additional charge. Kayaking, paddle boarding from both beaches, and bicycles are everywhere so bring your own or rent one locally.
